 FlawlessHAIR is now expanding access to the exclusive Realistic Hair Market and Products (RHMP) specifically full lace, thin skin perimeter lace, and Thin Skin human hair wigs, customized and hand-made from either quality Indian, Chinese, Brazilian, European, or Malaysian Remy Hair, Virgin or Virgin Remy Hair. Our "Top Shelf" Ruby collection includes the finest hair available!
Additionally, we have expanded our product line to include Premium Cap Construction. Our introductory cap provides some the most skillful construction, so just imagine our Premium Caps! As the word about lace wigs, Hollywood‘s best kept secret, began to leak through the beauty industry an immediate demand surfaced. Unfortunately quality and reliability was absent, until now. As a company who stands behind its product, our demand is overwhelming and we are ready to expand to meet the needs of women and men who desire the freedom, versatility and glamour of the RHMP. If you are people person, make conversation with great ease and have a love for beauty and fashion, this is a great opportunity for you. Whether as a full-time or part-time Executive Sales Representative or Sales Representative (Independent Contractors), our Sales Team is the most important part of our rapidly growing family.
You are the primary representation of our company. Without professional, courteous, informed and trained representatives, we will never reach the enormous customer base just waiting for us.
Without professional, discreet and efficient team members, we won’t keep our customers and lose the number one successful marketing tool for any business- WORD OF MOUTH REFERRALS!!
Because our public representation is so VERY important, FlawlessHAIR is diligent about the skill and knowledge of all our SRs. We require the completion of our Realistic Hair Market and Products (RHMP) study guide and a Commitment to Excellence Contract.
Upon acceptance of an invitation to join our family; you will receive a RHMP training guide. You will then schedule a material retention evaluation. Not good with tests? No worries, the evaluation is set up for both standard testing and real-life situation analysis. We want not only trained reps who know their industry but equally important, someone who can speak with customers, most of whom are new to RHMP and make that new customer not only comfortable, but excited about purchasing the first step to their new image.
Because this is an extremely competitive market, should you join the FlawlessHAIR family, you are required to sign a confidentiality contract. Many of our SRs, graduate to Independent Reseller’s. If at any point you so enjoy this industry that you wish to launch your own business, we will gladly extend a new business relationship as your wholesaler. And as a previous SR, you are eligible for a special wholesale rate, 25% discount off our current rate to Beauty Salons and Supply Owners!
What’s the difference between Sales Representatives and Executive Sales Representatives? Everyone begins as a Sales Representative. If you bring experience in the hair industry including management and any customer service history, your time as a SR is limited to a 30-day orientation period (plus at least one sale). We have found that experienced reps become quite proficient with RHMP in that time, and upon evaluation are offered an opportunity to advance to the Executive Team. Those without any previous experience are eligible as well, but must complete a 60-day orientation period (plus at least one sale) prior to receiving such an invitation.
Sales Kit
It is essential to provide the tools for success! FlawlessHAIR has the added advantage of on-hands access to our customer base. The majority of companies in this competitive industry are internet-based only! This means the customer never has an opportunity to see, touch or experience the product prior to trusting hundreds sometimes thousands of dollars to Cyberspace!! We have reps in salons, beauty supplies, direct sales reps, as well as our Internet Site. Furthermore, FlawlessHAIR ensures each and every ESR/SR has the tools to best represent our products. This includes a full-color catalogue, price listing and order forms. The remaining tools are issued with a net cost deposit[2]. Due to previous negligence with these items, we must require a deposit for the toolkit; however, this is fully refunded upon return and confirmed with a duplicate receipt for each deposit. ESRs receive the return of their deposit, yet are still held to conditional return of the items. Sample wigs are sold to representatives based on the previous chart.
Commission
We keep the commission simple. For example, if you sell unit with a resell value of $575, as a SR your commission is $86.25, as an ESR your commission is $143.75! There is no limit to the amount of commission you can earn! Sell 10 wigs and you just made either $862.50 or 1,437.50! And you have no overhead-no phone bills, website fees, banking fees, or shipping costs!
What is Independent Marketing?
Additionally as an ESR, you are able to host your own party! You are able to host a party and a Senior Rep will even help with your first party to guarantee a successful event.
