Unit Repair
FlawlessHAIR provides full service for our units, including repair, hair replacement and hair addition. If your unit is in need of service, visit the link for Unit Repair, select the service of choice. You can send your unit in prior to payment, however your unit service scheduling begins once you submit payment.
Units:
Units must be clean and free of adhesive residue. Unclean units will be returned to vendor. Below are the prices for the following services:
Unit Repair: In addition to shipping, costs are measured by the extent of damage. Tears run about $20.00. Detangling, Re-stabilizing, and other services run $25 to $100. This service time frame is 4-8 weeks.
Hair Addition: Applies to units received as order, but client wishes for more hair. In addition to shipping, this price will range from $45-$100, based on hair type, length, color, texture, etc. This service time frame is 3-6 weeks.
Hair Replacement: Applies to units with normal shedding requiring hair replacement to return to original order density. This service runs about $25-$100, based on hair type, length, color, texture, etc. This service time frame is 3-6 weeks.
Final Billing: We only provide an estimate of cost but rely on actual billable service fee from factory.
Each service requires a $50.00 deposit. Once the order is complete, the factory will provide a final bill. You will receive a bill requesting payment, which will release shipment to you.Shipping:
The shipping prices to China have increased, requiring our company to pass those costs over to our customers. Here is an outline of services and costs. As previously stated we mail only twice a month. The larger the package mailed, the lower the price.
Single unit Priority Mail shipping (5 to 7 days): $40.00
Single unit Express Mail shipping (3 to 5 days): $60.00
Single unit Global Express (FedEx): $75.00
Once will receive notice of payment, you may send your unit to PO Box 635, Berkeley, CA 94701. If you are a local vendor, you may deliver to the Northern Californian San Pablo Distribution Office.
