We sell directly to clients and recommend application and maintenance by a professional with specific application training and certification. All purchases require complete reading and acceptance of our Exchange/Return Policy.
Our goal is to provide Superior Quality Craftsmanship made from the finest Premium 100% Human Cuticle Cut and/or Virgin Hair available.
The majority of hair will be various shades of black and brown. For clients requesting frosted, dipped, bleached or permed hair, remember, this is truly human hair and behave as such.
Processing to achieve personal hair styles, will cause damage. The more processing, the more care your unit will require. Regular and routine cleaning and conditioning are your responsibility to ensure the life of your unit. Please consider your financial investment. Enhance your return by also investing in quality shampoo, conditioner, and styling products. Only use lace adhesives and removers, completely clean your unit before each application, even touch ups. FlawlessHAIR is not responsible for any related hair loss associated with the application of glue or other adhesives used to attach units or systems.
Assistance in Choosing Styles and Colors:
If you request assistance from our customer service reps or specialists in selecting a style, hair color, length, hair texture, etc., understand they are not able to guarantee that those suggestions will be best suited for you. Re-evaluate your choices and to make sure that the selections that you ultimately choose will work best for you. To be sure about your colors, you can also order small swatches of the actual hair colors, you can request hair color swatches on the website.
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We inspect all wigs prior to shipping to ensure that they meet your specifications and our High Quality Assurance standards. A member of our Inspection Team signs off on all orders prior to shipping to our customers. Any shedding, cap, or hair concerns are warranted for 30 days and contingent upon inspection for damage classification.

Clearance or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
We do not accept returns of units, systems, or wigs (known as “unit/s”) that have been altered. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes but is not limited to doing any of following:
Any alteration or damage by the customer will void the return policy.

Restocking Fee:
Due to health and sanitary laws all returned units require proper cleaning and sanitizing prior to returning to inventory for future buyers. Therefore, it is necessary to charge a 20% Re-Stocking Fee on all exchanges or units returned for store credit. (Example: Wig cost $400 – Restocking fee would be $80).
We can not waive the Re-Stocking fee on exchanges or returns under any circumstances. So please make sure that you choose the specifications that best fit your own style and taste including but not limited to hair color, texture, hair length etc. prior to finalizing your order. If you are not clear on something, please ask questions first prior to ordering. You can do so 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 1-866-401-1444 x621.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the product or wig and the re-shipping of any exchange or repaired wig. We advise you to return the unit with Signature Delivery Confirmation and Insurance, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.
Upon receipt of any wig, our stylist will determine if it should be repaired or replaced based on the terms and conditions outlined in this return policy.
